  1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to Portugal and all European Union (EU) countries.


  1. Shipping Methods and Timelines

Standard Shipping:

  • Continental Portugal: 2 business days.
  • Islands of Madeira and the Azores – 4 to 6 business days.
  • EU Countries: 3 to 5 business days.


  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. Customers will have full visibility of shipping costs before finalizing their purchase.

We offer shipping costs for orders over:

  • 50€ – Portugal (mainland)
  • 80€ – EU countries and Islands of Madeira and the Azores.


  1. Customs and Import Duties

For shipments within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for shipments to countries outside the EU.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched. This information allows customers to track the progress of their shipment.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, transportation delays, or force majeure events.
