3. Products and Orders

3.1. Our products: We offer a range of sustainable pet products designed to promote eco-friendly pet ownership.

3.2. Ordering: By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

3.3 Terms of sale: The customer must be over 18 years of age, undertaking that all the details provided are true and accurate, and have authorization for the credit/debit card or other means of payment used to make the purchase.

3.4 Pricing: All prices are listed in Euro (€). These prices do not include shipping costs. These depend on the weight of the order and the delivery destination, so they are shown at the end, on the invoice, before validating your order. The invoice shows the value of the product, shipping costs, VAT and any discounts or promotions that may be running at the time of purchase. Changes to the place or day of delivery of the order in transit may result in additional costs on top of the shipping prices initially provided. The prices shown on the website are subject to change and those shown at the time of purchase will apply. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of an error in the display of the price of a product on the website, we reserve the right, after contacting the buyer, to cancel the order and refund the money.

4. Order

4.1. The purchase process in the online store begins by adding at least one product to the shopping basket.

4.2. To send your order, the Customer must:

4.2.1. Register on the greenertails.com website and provide the information required to create an account, then log in by entering their username and password.

4.2.2. Complete the information and choose the options available to you during the ordering process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the TIN and name you want to appear on the invoice for tax purposes); you can distinguish between the “delivery address” and the “billing address” and indicate the name and TIN you want to appear on the invoice.

4.2.3. Make the payment using one of the payment methods provided.

4.2.4. Your order will only be sent for payment once you have clicked on the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” box and confirmed that you have completed your order. At this stage, we advise you to read the “Terms and Conditions”, “Privacy Policy” and review the values and data contained in the order.

4.2.5. After confirming your order, the order number and details will appear. The purchase agreement is finalized at this point, and you will receive confirmation of this by email. The final confirmation of the order by the Customer is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.

GRT will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. If a product is not available, WE undertake to inform the Customer as soon as possible.

If the products shown on the website are no longer available when they are last accessed or when GRT receives the order, the Customer will be informed of their unavailability in the store and will be offered a replacement with an available item or an immediate refund of the amount paid.
